Balance must be paid 30 days before arrival, according to general
conditions below and will only be cashed the day of arrival.
I am being aware of the general conditions for rental below and
accept them. As soon as my deposit and contact are received, you
will send the confirmation of reservation depending on availability.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
* Rental tariff is based on 1 week - 4 persons. Stays begin
from Saturday (3.00 pm) and end on Saturday (9.30 am)
(according to availability, your stay may begin another day,
other than July and August).
* Animals are not allowed in chalet and mobile home.
* The rental becomes effective only after our acceptance and
after reception of the 20% deposit + registration fees including
cancellation insurance.
*160 € deposit will be requested on arrival and
refunded on departure after inventory of fixtures.
* Rental is nominal and cannot be sublet.
* If we do not receive a telegram or fax saying that you have
to differ your arrival, location will become available 24 hrs after the
planned arrival and the total payment will be demanded. Only
written messages can be accepted.
* In case of cancellation, you will have to pay:
¤ Registration fees including cancellation insurance.
¤ As indemnity for breach of contract:
- an amount of 20% of total stay cost
if you cancel more
than 15 days before planned arrival.
- An amount equal to the total stay
cost if you cancel less
than 16 days before planned arrival or if you do not arrive
on the planned arrival date.
* Cancellation insurance refunds the indemnity for breach of
contract (hereabove), according to MUTUELLES DU MANS
ASSURANCES conditions specified in the notice included with
agreement.
* No discount will be granted for late arrival or anticipated
departure.
* Balance for total rental stay must be remitted, at the latest, 30 days
before arrival and will be cashed the day of arrival only.
* The guarantee of the availability for a new location cannot be
conserved in case of modification of the dates of stay.

Every
person who rents a mobile home is obliged to present an insurance
policy to cover personal damages, on arrival.
* All campers must observe the campsite regulation.
* The Annecy court of justice is the only competent jurisdiction
in case of dispute.
